Inserting all row labels - even when no values?

    Hi All

I have pivot tables which show a range from Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, Strongly Disagree.

When I run a pivot table and chart it will only show the above if there is a value in it.

I would idealy like this to show on the chart - even if the value is nil?

    Thanks in advance.

On the chart options you can set it to show blank cells as 0. Right click the chart > Select Data > Hidden and Empty cells.

Re: Inserting all row labels - even when no values?

Hi - Thanks for this but I still cant get it to work. I want it to show all the values. See workbook attached if this helps.

you can see that Neutral, disagree and strongly disagree have not been selected on the drop down menu - but how can I include this?

I have included what the pivot chart looks like and also what I would like it to look like. I have in excess of 100 charts and dont want to have to do manual tables from the information which I can pull from using pivot tables.

Thanks for your help in advance!!! I wish I could be able to help anyone on here to the level of help that I have been able to get from people!!!

You don't have anything in the column that says Neutral, disagree and strongly disagree you just want them there but saying 0?
