I currently have an Excel (2003) spreadsheet on a shared drive used to find file locations for pictures (also on the shared drive). I used DDfilecatcher 4 to get the details of the files into the spreadsheet. I have columns for key tags on the photos, size, type, file name, and a hyperlink to view the photo. I am tring to devise a way to search the spreadsheet effectively for the key tags, ideally I would like anyone who goes into it to be able to perform a search and have all possible matches show. For example if under the key tags column I had:


Events Phil's Retirement Party
Image used on website web homepage
Events Baby Shower Lunch Feb 09


is there a way to search:
Website * Events
and have all three of the above entries show?

Any ideas to make this spreadsheet effective would be greatly appreciated, thanks for looking.
