help w/ drop down boxs and calculating percents

i am currently revamping my weight lifting log.
this is what i am trying to do.. lets say 1A is the exercise, 1B drop down box containing some percents (ie 15%, 20% etc..), 1C a number (amount of weight used last time w/ that exercise), 1D would be my goal.

    example:
    1B 1C
    drop Pounds 1D
    1A down used Goal
    box last time

    Dumbbell Shrugs 10% 100 lbs 110%

how would the formula work for something like that?

Re: help w/ drop down boxs and calculating percents

    in D1 try

    =(1+B1)*C1

    this will make D1 = B1 + x% of B1
