Countif

Hi All,

First post looking for an answer, hopefully someone will come to the rescue, then maybe one day I will be able to help somebody else.
Well here's my question, I am trying to count numbers in a range of cells equal to and above 100 no problem using the function,
=COUNTIF(C2:C45,">=100")
but what I really want is to count the numbers equal to and above 100 but below 140

This is for a dart's scorer on a stats sheet.

=COUNTIFS(C2:C45,">=100",C2:C45,"<140")
