Dashboard traffic lights using camera tool background only prints white

I am working on an operational dashbord and the manager now wants traffic lights added. I have sort of got it working, it changes colour when I want to and looks right, even on the print preview (I have a black shape behind the camera images and have coloured the background of the images black so you only see the traffic light colour), but when I print it out the background to the images is STILL white! I have captured the images with the cell colour behind set to black but no joy! I have attached the file. Does anyone have any ideas??

When I try to print it the background to the traffic lights are black. I am not using a color printer though if that could make any difference.

Thanks for looking Jacob. I managed to sort it out. I had to make a black square and group it with the circle.
