Exclamation Conditional Ranking Data with Array Formula

Hell guys and gals ... please help!

I'm trying to rank each Fund (A1) within its Category (B1) by Total Return YTD(C1)

I attempted to rank them using the array formula included in the spreadsheet (D2) but
I think I'm getting stuck because of the negative values I'm trying to rank. The array formula i have is getting thrown off by the Funds with negative returns. That said I need the fund with the highest positive return (or lowest negative return if no postitives in category) to be ranked #1

Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated
