Match up cells from one book to another but pull additional info?

Below is simplified information from two separate books, I'm trying to think of a more efficient way to organize the product column on the top to match up with the data on the bottom but still pull the ETA information with it. Basically, the schedule on the bottom is a revised schedule based on previous days' ETAs (yesterday's top). ETAs need to be updated and sent off to get a continuous update but need to be in the order of the schedule. I'm using excel 2000. Any assistance would be great, I feel like the answer should be simple but I'm overthinking it.

    ETA
    sequence product eta
    1 xxx1 4/25 AM
    2 xxx2 4/24 PM
    3 xxx3 4/26 PM
    4 xxxa 4/23
    5 xxxb 4/25 AM

    SCHEDULE
    sequence product launch day
    1 xxx1 4/26
    2 xxxa 4/26
    3 xxx2 4/26
    4 xxxb 4/26
    5 xxx3 4/26

    Hi srb104,

    Welcome to the forum.

So these two data sets would be in same columns and arranged on top and bottom... and you want to have the latest information (ETA) from bottom to fill up against right sequence at top ? Let me know if I am correct in my understanding.. and it would be great if you could upload a sample file. Thanks.
