Converting hours, minutes, seconds and milliseconds

Need help solving this as I am a total newbie at Excel.

Need to convert the following hours, minutes, seconds and milliseconds into SECONDS ONLY. Preferably rounding the milliseconds.

Is it possible and if so HOW?
