Mail Merger Percentage Problem

Dear Valued Members,

I'm facing a problem when I maintain a result sheet or any other working containing percentage in excel it can be managed by formatting like text, custom, time, number, percentage. In percentage more it can be managed either with 2 decimal or 0 decimal to see 68.67% or 69% accordingly. But when I merged this data into word 2007 it doesn't show there same as excel instead it shows like 0.68678978678 how can it be fixed. Please while helping try to guide an easy way to get rid of this problem. Your valued guidance will be appreciated!!!
