I have an audit that has approx 100 lines of numbered criteria in column A. Column B contains a score using the terms Meets Standard, Needs Improvement, Not Implemented, or Not Applicable.
I would like to create an action items list on a separate tab in the worksheet that includes only the line items that were scored Not Implemented and/or Needs Improvement. I would like the list sorted by the first numbered audit element that was scored either Not Implemented or Needs Improvement, and continue until all numbered elements scored Not Implemented and/or Needs Improvement are listed in numeric order on the action items list.
Can anyone pls help? I have attached an example of the audit and action items worksheet with desired column headers.
