Linear Regression Chart

Hi everyone, I'm working on a project and I need help getting the graphs I need so I can analyze my data. What I'm trying to do is create two linear regression graphs to compare issue rate of dividends to the level of stock volatility on both an annual and quarterly basis. I have all of my data listed out in excel on both a quarterly and annual basis for both the dividends and stock volatility. I'm having a lot of trouble though creating a linear regression chart though. It doesn't seem to want to compare my data. I've attached my data in two separate attachments (the file size limit wouldn't let me post my full workbook of data). Can anybody please help me with this? Thanks!!
