Need a Macro to consolidate 2 different file and then remove duplicates

I need a Macro in which I need to consolidate 2 excel files after formatting (Format code already build) then consolidate these 2 files into one then remove duplicate and save new file. Both files will have different names and one will contain "PC" and other will contain "OS". Both will be in different format and after formating it will have same heading. The proposed macro should allow me to select files from the system.

Can anyone help me urgently.
