Data Sampling to Match Certain Characteristics/Demographics (Excel 2010)

Hi all - thanks in advance for any help on this. Here's my issue:

Let's say I have an overall data set of approximately 15,000 people with average balances of $75,000 who've had their accounts with a certain bank for an average of 500 days. From that data set, I'd like to pull a few samples (with at least 150 people in each sample) where the average balance is $125,000 and they've had their accounts for 750 days.

Is there an easy way to do this in Excel 2010?

The sheet needs the average balances and either the date the account was opened or the number of days that the account has been open. Then it's fairly simple with a macro.
