    Conditional formatting help

I have a spreadsheet which I track trailers for shipping in our dock bays, Ther can be 40 trailers at any given time...What I was hopeing to do is have the row (column A to T) begin green and change to yellow after one hour and to red after two hours...Is there a way I can format this to auto change?
