Using a shape in a formula

Is it possible to return a shape in either a IF or Vlookup formula?

    For instance: =If(C1=20, 'Shape', 0)

    Is this possible?

You can try Wingdings' font. For example, make sure Wingdings font style is selected for the cell that contains formula, and enter IF(C1=20, CHAR(233), 0)

I do know that you can use Wingdings but my problem is that I need to use Harvey Balls and they are not in Wingdings or any other font (from what I can tell). I was hoping I would be able to draw them or import as an image using a formula.

Okay, this is driving me crazy...this is similar to what I need (attached WB). The difference is that I need the balls to equal a range of numbers for instance the 1/4 ball would be 0-12.

I can't figure out how they did it on this WB, I don't see any formulas.

I can't just down load the Harvey Balls font because then not everyone will be able to see them.
