I have one master data sheet. On that sheet is all the voltages, currents, and kw collected for switchboards.

I have two other sheets that reference this master sheet.

One sheet records a history of the data from the master sheet. In this sheet, I collect the average weekly KW of each switchboard. Is there a way to update this sheet automatically every time I update the master sheet?

Let's say...

3/16/2012 references A2, B2, C2, D2 on the master sheet

But next week for 3/23/2012

3/23/2012 also references A2, B2, C2, D2 on the master sheet.

Is there a way to make it so that 3/16/2012's values don't change and only 3/23/2012's does?

Right now, I'm just manually entering them in. Do I need to run a macro? Still new to this. Please, please, please help? Thank you so much in advance.
