Excel 2007 : copy data in a pattern

I want to copy the circled data into the purple color field.. this excel sheet is having about 7000 entries like this.

i just have to copy the first line to the next 9 lines and again copy the 11th line and paste it to next 9 lines..

Any help to make it automated?

well the code didn't worked for me but gave me the idea.. I really forgot that macro can be a good idea..
