Autofill Data from existing list

Hi,

How do you autofill data from an existing column list.
For example;

Item No.
2
5
6
7
8
5
1
9
7
7
8
Now I would like to take that same information and autofill the data into a new report? How do I do this???

Can you use a paste link ? The only problem is that where there is no data it would show a "0" so change the formula slightly to

Hi All,

Perhaps this will help you to help me, I have included an attachment below. What I am trying to do is to get B4 Vendor No. column to autofill to B102, what I have presently done is to copy/paste but I need to Autofill. Help......
