    Vlookup

    Hello,

I have the VLOOKUP functions that fills up a cell regarding the selected item in drop down list. If VLOOKUP function doesn't find any value, how to enable that user enters certain value but that VLOOKUP functions still remains there for that particular cell?

    Thanks in advance,

    Best regards

it is not possible to do what you intend to do - without VBA.

can you not use another column for the user to enter an 'override' value?
