Excel 2007 : Need help Calculating Target Sales Price

Hi everyone. I have been searching Google and this forum for hours, but I can't seem to find anything or figure out this problem I'm having.

I am trying to figure out what to sell an item based on cost after Fee's and with a fixed profit and %. The problem I am running into is that fee's are based on the selling price

I'm trying to figure out my new target sales price. Excel Guru's please help!
