IF formula showing result if value is a percentage lower than another value

Hi,

I need to use an IF formula to populate a value if A2 is 72% less than A1. I can't figure out how to specify a particular percentage difference.

Can anyone help?

=if(a2<0.72*a1,"Hello","Goodbye")
