Move multiple rows from one spreadsheet to another based on certain criteria

I have a spreadsheet with four different worksheets. The first sheet "Ids" is an inventory of ids. The second sheet "Waiting for Ids" contains applications that are pending because they need ids to arrive. I have a vlookup formula in column E of the second sheet "Waiting for Ids" that will let me know if the id has arrived. Once it shows a "Llego" in column E, then I want these rows to be moved to the third sheet "Waiting for Authorization" and deleted from "Waiting for Ids." Once column H shows a "si" in "Waiting for Authorization" then I want these rows deleted from "Waiting for Authorizacion" and the "Id" Sheets and moved to "Monthly Report." I hope it makes sense. I tried to read the forums and apply a macro that I found, but this is really the first time that I am using VBA and the macro doesn't seem to be working very well. After a week of trying to figure it out, any suggestions are welcome.

The normal(and best) way to do this sort of thing is use singe records that have select-able status. With the use of the Autofilter, you can see a report(filtered list) of each record and it's current status. The sampe is difficult for me to understand because I do not read Spanish.
