Need function to compare cells/ranges

i have below requirement can any one help me please,
Sorry if related thread is already present , i have tried to find it out.

Requirement:


i have a sheet like below


name j1 b1 j2 b2 result
a 09-06-2005 10-05-1985 09-04-2003 10-04-1984
r 09-04-2003 10-04-1984 09-06-2005 10-05-1985


i have to compere j1 b1 with j2 b2 and if its matching then display corresponding name column value to result column.

like in above result should be

result

compare each row j1 and b1 to all values of j2 and b2, wherever it is matching that corresponding name value i have to put in result column

You really do need to take notice of the rules. The easiest way people can understand what your problem is by you posting a workbook that clearly demonstrates what your intentions are.
