Yes/No based on two other cells

Hi guys.

I have excel 2010 and need help with the following.

I basically need a cell to display yes/no based on the data in two other cells.

ie.

If cells A1 and B1 had any form of data then cell C1 would display yes.
If cell A1 had data and B1 had no data then cell C1 would display no.
If both A1 and B1 had no data then the cell C1 shouldn't display anything.

Is it possible???
