Finding Duplicate and Matching Values in Rows

Hi,

please check the screen shot.

If A1 has value "Red" and B1 or C1 or D1... has also value "Red" I want to highlight both of them.
So the source column will be Column A and want to find its duplicate or match in other columns but Row wise.
Please check the screenshot. I shall be very thankful for your help

Home | Conditional Formatting | New Rule | Use a formula to determine which cells to format.

Then below white box enter this formula
