search capability

I am trying to create a search capability, similar to a search engine, in my workbook. So far I have combined the Search, rank, countif, and vlookup functions to mutiple strings of text with success, the problem came when i tried to take the top ten results from each category in order to create an over-all result list. I would like to find the top result throughout all the data and display which category it came from.
I will attach the file to give you a better understanding. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
