Conditional Formatting in a Pivot Table

    Hi

I have created a Pivot Table and I would like to include conditional Formatting based on the 'Value' being greater the 'Row Label'

The only issue I have is, the Row Label's differ on eash row, so I done know how to write the formula for the conditional formatting, ensuring that each row of value's only refer to the 'Row Label' for each particualr row.

    Your help is gretly appreciated!

    Thank you

Re: Conditional Formatting in a Pivot Table

    Hi

Thank you for replying, please see attached .xlsx document.

You will see the value's in the 'Max Wgt'. I want the values to be conditionally formattd if they are greater than the values in the 'Max Wgt' Row Labels

    Hope that makes sense!

    Thank you

Re: Conditional Formatting in a Pivot Table

    Hi

Thank you, this works exectly how I would like it too!

Just so I undserstand, how did you set the format to each row? Also, if I have a lot more data in the PT and I changed the selection of A/C type in cell B1, would the formatting rules still work correctly

    Once again, thank you!

    Mike
