Up down in out report

120410 donseg export.xlsxI am trying to track the movement of clients in our database. They start with New Prospect, Advocate, Premiers, Principal, Principal + and then Lapsed. i am trying to create a report if they went down in segment (i.e. moved from Premier to Advocate) or up (i.e. from Lapsed to Advocate) They are New (so they came into the database) and for out they went from any of the (active statuses to Lapsed)
