Removing part of a URL.

http://www.example.com/category/sub-category/product

I want:
/category/sub-category/product

How can this easily be done in Excel?

will example.com always be the same? or at least the .com?

you could for example use something like this, if that is the case (in a parallel column)

=MID(A1,FIND(".com",A1)+4,999)
