First, thank you for any assistance you may provide. I am new to this forum so I apologize in advance if I have posted incorrectly. I would like to create an Excel 2007 document that can be embedded into a webpage and is interactive. To give an example, if I asked 10 questions and asked the user to click the the checkbox next to those statements they agreed with and those they didn't leave blank. Then have the user be able to print out just those statements they selected. Hopefully someone has already made a template of such a document!
