Excel 2007 : Excel copies only text values, no formulas or format

Since 2 days I cannot copy complete cell contents including formulas and formats. Any attempt to copy a cell to another will copy only the value.
I noticed this first when copying content of a table from a website which should copy cell by cell. Now I get all the cells from the web page into one single cell as text.
Copying formats or formulas from one cell to another does not work either. I can copy a formula by highlighting the cell and copying the formula from the "function" line (dunno the correct name, it's the line above the table with the fx button) and then pasting it the same way into another cell.
If I use the "special paste" menue, it won't show the usual selections (like value, formula, format, comment etc) but it shows only the choice to copy text or unicode text.
This is not just in one Excel sheet but in all. So something in the basic settings must have changed.
How can I repair this?
Running Win7 home premium

Found the solution in the forum. Got to uninstall Skype Click to Call, then it works again.

I joined the forum so I could thank you for posting the answer.... I am still amazed. What a bizarre conflict... but uninstalling Skype "Click to Call" indeed fixed it.... but not before I wasted a lot of time trying various things. I can attest that the same problem affects both Excel XP (2002) and 2007.

Yes, there were a lot of threads started a few months ago regarding the clipboard problems. But since Skype came out with their update there are very few now.
