When a cell gets to 0.00 I want the cell next to it to say Fully Funded

I have cell K9 that has a balance 200 in it, when I put money towards it will eventually go down to 0. When it gets to 0.00 I want the cell next to it(J9) to say "Fully funded". Any ideas on how I can do that?

    Thanks

    Do you mean...

    =IF(K9=0,"Fully Funded","")

    or

    =IF(ROUND(K9,2)=0,"Fully Funded","")
Where there is a will there are many ways.
