Please help with the following excel problem.
Format painter is not working and additionally, when trying to copy in excel, when ctrl c is pressed, there is a quick flash then it dissappears. The paste special option brings up a box as follows:

Paste As:
Unicode Text
Text
Result
Inserts the contrnts of the clipboard as a unicode text format

There have been several similar posts about this issue. You likely have the Skype Click to Call plug in installed in your browser. Either uninstall it or don't have the browser open while working with Excel. Note that it isn't a problem with Skype itself, just that plug in.
