    Calculated Fields in Pivot Tables

    1. I have added a field to a pivot table and the calculation is an Average of the field

    2. I added the same field to a pivot table again and the calculation is a stdev of the field

    3. These two fields are NOT calculated fields but the same field added as a different summarization

I need to add a calculated field as second field/first field (stdev of field/average of field)

Is there a way to do this? I don't have fields one and two as fields to be used in the calculated fields.

Re: Calculated Fields in Pivot Tables

    Hi Verramilli,

Since both of the columns i.e., Average of Qty2 and StdDevp of Qty3 are derived from a single field "Qty" hence adding a third as division of both is not feasible. I would suggest to use a separate column towards right of pivot which will divide column c by column d and formula can be dragged down (adjusted) using a macro. thanks.
