EXCEL 2010 IF AND statement HELP D:

Hi guys i am trying to create a IF AND statement for this

If above 1300 but below 1500 = 1
If above 1500 but below 1700 = 2
If above 1700 =3

I keep getting error after reading sourcing help on google on excel forum. sorry i am totally new in this excel thank in advance if someone help me on this :S

Try this.

=IF(AND(A1>=1300;A1<1500);1;IF(AND(A1>=1500;A1<1700);2;IF(A1>1700;3;"")))

Change semi colons, to comma, if you have to do it.

OMG it work! i realizse your statement and mine were similar but mine was much longer and complicating! thanks a million fortis!
