Excel Gantt chart

I would like to make a Gantt chart from Excel to show backup schedules of SQL boxes that happen during the night. I need the x access to show an hourly schedule spaning over a 24 hour period since the backups might start at 11:00pm on day 1 and span to 2:00am on day two. I need to be able to see the duration of how long the backup took of each backup schedule.

I've made basic Gantt charts and can track data by hour if my start and end times are in the same day, but I need to be able to enter a Start "Date and time" and end "Date and time" to show the duration. Getting the x axis to reflect that when the backup might start on a different day seems to be a challenge.

I've attached a sample of my start on this with some sample data. I've started the bar chart and have included the 'duration' but you can't see the duration in Red because the Y access is by date....I need it on a 24 hourly schedule (Example: Midnight, 1:00am, 2:00am..............Midnight the next day...1:00am...2:00am....etc) Maybe every half or quarter hour might be better.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
