Can I sort horizontally some how when I have merged cells?

It's probably easier to have a look at my simple example attachment to see what I am trying to achieve.
    Thanks in advance
    Cheers

When you say sort, do you mean "move", or do you actually want Excel to do some type of "sorting"?

I mean sort, I have a sheet with over 30 stores,(too many to move) the sheet I gave was just an example.

Try this long-hand way, it might give you a start.

1/. Define a Dynamic Named Range "Managers"
    Refers to:=

2/. In a spare sheet (Sheet3 in this example workbook)
    In A1

    In B1

Drag/Fill both Down until a #REF! error appears in Column A

3/. Follow the instructions in Sheet3!C:C

4/. In Sheet2 of this example
    In B3

Drag Across and Down as required.

5/. Copy the result and Paste Special > Values to your required destination.

I'll leave you to format the result as you wish, I would not use merged cells, they are nothing but trouble.

Maybe later someone will convert all of this via a macro for you.

    Hope this helps.
