Disable X button in excel

Hello,

I have created an excel sheet were i allow employees to edit and change cells,
but i have set up a button that i would like them to press before they exit the sheet.
So i thought if i maybe disable the X button till they press the button and then they can exit.

I do hope someone can help me with this.

Hey, you can automate the event. So when they click exit, the formula runs right before excel is closed:
