Create Pop Up Message

Hi there.

I am working on a spreadsheet and would like a pop up message to appear.

The user enters a date in cell b9
They then enter a loan term in b11.

In cell d9 I have the number of years between the date entered and the date the spreadsheet is opened 'today()'

These are added together and appear in the cell e9

What I would like is a pop up warning message to appear in the event that the figure in e9 is greater than 11 years

Can anyone help me
