    Question Grouping in Pivot Tables

    Hi,

I need to be able to group based on different items in a pivot table.

My Pivot looks something like this and I need to group ABC for BillAmount into one group and only C in PayAmount. How do you do that? Everytime I try to group ABC in BillAmount also ABC in the PayAmount is grouped in the same way.

    BillAmount
    A 1
    B 1
    C 2
    D 5
    PayAmount
    A 9
    B 1
    C 5
    D 4

    Re: Grouping in Pivot Tables

    Hi,

    Here's an example in Excel.

I want to group ABC in the BillAmount and only have C visible in the PayAmount. The problem is that if I deselect ABD in the PayAmount they disapear also from BillAmount.
