IF/THEN with a Range of Cells

Hi!

Thanks in advance for looking at this post.

I am trying to come up with a forumula that says if one value from a range of cells is present, then pick X value from a different row. I'm unsure how to do this for numerous values.

Attached is a stripped file with the codes that link to other codes. I included the original version as well as a crosswalked version of the data. I am hoping to add a formula to a large data set to consolidate codes.

Any help is greatly appreciated

How hard would it be to put the "then" data next to every "If". For example A2 and A3 would be both D302, not the merged D302. Does it come in that way from somewhere else?
