Help needed from Excel gurus in formulating a table...

Hi all

A group of friends and I play 5 v 5 football each week. We keep a tally of who wins and who loses in the attached format.

From this I've been able to keep a table accoding to win percentage, based on the number of games played against no of 'W' and 'L' week-on-week.

What I want to try and do is be able to produce a table of the best partnerships. So, whenever X has played on the same team as Y, they have won __% of their games.

Anyone know what I'm getting at like to take a stab at it?!

Thanks, but that is a table for best individual performance. I.e name 1 is best etc

What I want is the best combined names. So for example, a way of calculating that Name 1 and Name 14 have played together X many times and won Y% of matches in which they have played together.

You can establish who has played together by whether they both have a 'W' or 'L' in a given week.

Hard to explain but hopefully you see where I'm going!
