combined multiple workbook in one summary workbook

    Hi,

I need your help. I have almost hundreds of files in excel every month and I need to have a summary of that. Instead of opening every file and the usual copy paste method, can you give me a best and accurate way for me to do it..and not all data in each file were needed for my report. plus can i also get the file name of the data that will be insert in the summary file. thanks..

What is the range that needs to be copied?

Are these files stored in 1 folder in your system?

Also, each row that is copied should have the source file name next to it right?
