    Aging

I was using the aging formula from another post, and all was fine until the last row which should have been reported in the >1 year column. SeeAging.xlsx attached.

    Can anyone help?

    Cheers
    Rob

    Re: Aging

The last row has a date of 20/07/2011 which is 9 months aged from the current month. So it should show up in the 7-12 months column right?

Yes, you are right! However the figure doesn't appear there either...

must be a problem with the last row because I changed the date of the next row up and the aging worked just fine.

    Re: Aging

Your formula is not working correctly when there are any 2011 dates in it. It needs to be changed to something that is flexible.

Yes, if I use the row above the final row then the formula works with a 2011 date as well as 2012 - in fact I just tried it with a 2010 date and that worked too.

    Re: Aging

I spoke to soon, there are some 2011 dates that won't work with the formulas. Anybody got any ideas?
How can the formula be changed?
