Splitting Grand Total column in Pivot

Hi. I've attached a pivot table and am hoping someone can show me either how to insert a column next to the Grand Total dollar amount for the quarter which shows percentage for the quarter ONLY and not the months or split the Grand Total column. I'm attempting to get a total for the quarter ONLY on the percentage and do not need the percentage monthly as it takes up more space than I have on my dashboard. I tried the calculated field option but I'm fairly new to pivot tables and couldn't figure out how to get it working. The other option that would work if it's an option is to split the GRAND TOTAL column to show the dollar total on one side of the split and the percentage on the other side of the split. Is it even possible? Thanks in advance!

    Hi,
See attached the pivot table with grouping month in quater
Add a second time the Outstanding balance in sum values and view value as percentage of total
Is that what you expect ?
    Best regards

Wow! Thanks so much for your time and help with this! The result is exactly what I'm looking for except I haven't a clue how to group the months inside the quarter. I've added the Outstanding Balance a second time and viewed value as percentage of the total but now the issue is % is also coming out alongside my months as well as my quarter total. Can you please explain how to get the % eliminated from the months to show only on the Grand Total Quarter column? The part I'm unfamiliar with is "grouping month in quarter". Thanks again. Very much appreciated!

    Hi,
Once you get period with month, right click on period
Then select group, group by quater, deselect month and select quater only, OK
    That's it
    Best regards

Ok. That worked; however, I need my monthly total dollars showing on the report AND my total dollars and percentage for the quarter ONLY. Great lesson though! I didn't know that feature.
