Find values NOT equal to x

Hello,

There has to be a way to do this, but I have not figured it out yet. I'd appreciate your help.

I want to find (and replace) all values in my spreadsheet that are not equal to 0 or 1.

This question, then, has two components: 1.) how do I perform a "find" that locates values not equal to something (e.g. 1), and 2.) how do I perform a "find" that locates values not equal to something (e.g. 1) OR something else (e.g. 0)?

From what I can tell, the "find and replace" dialog isn't very flexible and can't handle these kinds of conditional searches. Perhaps I'm wrong. But if I'm right, is there another way to do it that doesn't use the "find and replace" dialog?
