In a different cell enter -1
Then select that cell and Copy.
Select the other cells you want to be negative, then right click and select Paste Special, check multiply then OK.

    Hi AM,

Put the number -1 into any empty cell. Copy that cell. Select your range of cells with numbers, right-click the selection and choose Paste Special, then choose Multiply and click OK. You can then delete the cell with the -1.
