Formula to input time after selection from drop down boxes

Hi,
I'm new and a beginner to Excel so go easy on me please!!

I want to make up a sheet with drop down boxes for the option of choosing:-
1/ Size and weight
2/ Material Grade
3/ Connection

Once the three drop down options have been chosen eg.
5 1/2" 17# 13cr80 Vam Top

It would then show a timing (minutes and seconds) to show how long the above connection takes to cut on a CNC Lathe.

Is this possible??

Bearing in mind there is probably hundreds of variations, will this be achievable using various formulas or is it just too much work??
