Excel 2007 : Return value if four criteria are met

Put value in B16 if four criteria in the range Y7:BO20 are met

I copied the formula from B9 and pasted it in B16, changed +B21 to +B22 and got an incorrect result.

Any suggestions?

This formula worked in B16:

=SUMPRODUCT(--($Z$7:$BO$7=$B$7),--($Z$8:$BO$8=B$8),($Z$15:$BO$15))
