Help Getting rid of a DIV/0 Error

Hey guys. New (and rather uneducated) member needing some quick advice.

I need help getting my formula to stop producing a DIV/0 error.

We are doing a tracking sheet that calculates our employees performance throughout the course of the work week. The only problem is, the days they have off, the cells remain blank causing the error to show up.

The exact formula im using is

    = J6/((C6/C7)+(D6/D7)+(E6/E7)+(F6/F7)+(G6/G7)+(H6/H7)+(I6/I7))

So if employee x works on days marked by cells C, D ,E, F, and G, how do I get it to exclude the blank cells H and I? Most of our employees have different off days every week so it would be best if there was a way to exclude whatever columns are left blank. Thanks in advance for the help!

    2012 Server Trackig.xlsx

This is the spreadsheet. The two rows I'm having trouble with are the ones labeled smothered % and loaded %. I just need the formula to ignore the cells that will eventually be left empty
